7. competitions and surveys

8. content of email campaigns

We send our email marketing campaigns to you via mailchimp. They are very good and contain nice things like special offers, our latest news and new product information. when we send a mail out it bounces from server to server as it crosses the internet. along the way, server administrators can read what we send. email was not built for confidential information and we will never use mailchimp to send confidential information.

9. our mailing list

our mailing list is compiled of names, email addresses and sometimes phone numbers of customers who have specifically requested or consented to join our list. we will never add anyone to our list without their consent. our mailing list is stored on a secure mailchimp server. mailchimp do not and will not, under any circumstances, sell our mailing list. if someone on our mailing list complains directly to or contacts onmisend, they might then contact that person. only authorized employees have access to view our omnisend mailing list.

10. do not track

Please note that we do not alter our site’s data collection and use practices when we see a do not track signal from your browser.
